Terms of service

1. Who we are. Andra Andreescu, the brand of ANDREESCU ANDRA-CĂTĂLINA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, registered as a sole trader in the Romanian Trade Register under no. F40/2617/17.06.2022, EUID ROONRC.F40/2617/2022, CUI 46323000. Atelier and registered office: Strada Dragoș Vodă 70, Sector 2, 020748 București, Romania. Email: contact@andraandreescu.com · Phone: +40 746 125 898. These terms apply to orders placed on andraandreescu.com by consumers.

2. Language. For customers in Romania, the contract is concluded in Romanian; for all other customers, in English. Both versions have the same content. We keep a copy of your order and send it to you by email.

3. Products. Each piece is described on its product page with its making time. Colours may vary slightly between screens. The product photos are real studio photographs.

4. Prices. Prices are final prices, with delivery included: in lei (RON) in Romania, in euro in all other countries. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. You pay the price shown when you order. Outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are paid by you on delivery, as shown at checkout.

5. The contract. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. You can correct your details at checkout before you pay.

6. Payment. By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal, charged when you order; or, for delivery in Romania only, cash on delivery: you pay the FAN Courier driver in lei, in cash, when you receive the parcel. If you choose cash on delivery for an address outside Romania, we email you a card payment link before we start making your piece; if it is not paid within 7 days, the order is cancelled at no cost to you. The methods available are shown at checkout before you pay.

7. Making and delivery. As in our Shipping policy: each piece is made to order in about 1–2 weeks, then delivered. For made-to-measure pieces you are responsible for the measurements you send; we check them with you before cutting if anything looks unusual.

8. Right of withdrawal. As in our Refund policy: 14 days for standard sizes; no change-of-mind returns for made-to-measure pieces.

9. Guarantee. Every piece carries the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

10. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

11. Complaints and disputes. Write to contact@andraandreescu.com; we answer within 2 working days. If we cannot agree, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body (in Romania, ANPC’s SAL service, reclamatiisal.anpc.ro). Romanian law applies, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence.

12. Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to your order.
