Shipping policy

Free delivery. Delivery is included in every price, to Romania, the European Union, the United States and the other countries offered at checkout.

Made to order. Each piece is cut and sewn by hand in our Bucharest atelier after you order. Making time: about 1–2 weeks. For a made-to-measure piece we confirm the delivery date by email within 48 hours of your order. The making time is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

Delivery after making. Romania: FAN Courier, 1–3 working days. European Union: DHL, 2–4 working days. United States and other countries: DHL, 3–7 working days. You receive a tracking link by email when your piece leaves the atelier.

Cash on delivery (Romania only). For delivery in Romania you can pay on delivery: you pay the price in lei, in cash, to the FAN Courier driver when you receive the parcel. Cash on delivery costs nothing extra. For delivery outside Romania, you pay online when you order. If you choose cash on delivery for an address outside Romania, we email you a card payment link before we start making your piece; if it is not paid within 7 days, the order is cancelled at no cost to you.

Total time. We deliver within the making time plus the delivery time above, and in any case within 30 days of your order unless a longer time is stated on the product page. If we cannot deliver on time, we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Risk. The piece is our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to the person you name.

Outside the EU. Orders outside the EU travel with DHL Express. Our price includes the piece and delivery. For all countries outside the EU (for example Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Norway or Türkiye), customs in your country may charge import duties, taxes and a DHL handling fee, paid by you to DHL on delivery; the delivery option at checkout says so before you pay. If you refuse the parcel or these charges, DHL returns it to us: for standard sizes we refund the price minus the cost of returning it to us; pieces made to your measurements are not refunded. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.

Address. Please give a phone number for the courier. If an address is wrong, write to us at contact@andraandreescu.com before the piece ships.
