Refund policy

Standard sizes: 14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name (not the courier), receive the piece, without giving any reason. If one order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last one.

How to withdraw. Use “Withdraw from contract here” on our Withdrawal page, at the bottom of our legal pages and in your order confirmation email. Enter your name, order number and email, then press “Confirm withdrawal”. We email you a receipt straight away, with what you sent and the date and time we received it. You can also email contact@andraandreescu.com or use the model form below. Sending your withdrawal before the 14 days end is enough.

Sending the piece back. Return the piece within 14 days of withdrawing to: Andra Andreescu, Strada Dragoș Vodă 70, Sector 2, 020748 București, Romania. You pay the direct cost of returning it. Please handle it only as you would in a shop; you are liable for any loss in value caused by wear beyond trying it on.

Refund. We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method, at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the piece or proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

Cash-on-delivery orders. If you paid the courier in cash, we refund you by bank transfer to the account you give us, with your agreement and at no cost to you.

Made to measure: no withdrawal. A piece made to the measurements or specifications you send us cannot be returned for a change of mind (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(c)). The product page and your bag say so before you pay, and the withdrawal button does not apply to these pieces.

Alterations and exchanges. If a piece does not fit as described, write to us within 14 days of delivery: we alter it free of charge or exchange it. This is in addition to your legal rights.

Faulty pieces. Every piece carries the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771): if a piece is faulty or not as described, we repair or replace it free of charge or, where that is not possible, reduce the price or refund you. Complaints. We answer within 2 working days and aim to solve every complaint within 14 days. If we cannot agree, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body; in Romania this is ANPC’s SAL service (reclamatiisal.anpc.ro). Your country’s consumer protection rules always continue to apply.

How to send a return. Romania: send the parcel with a courier, for example FAN Courier (book a pickup or drop it at a FAN Courier point). European Union and other countries: send it with DHL or another tracked service. Inside the parcel put: the piece, unworn, with all its tags; its original packaging; and a note with your name and order number (or the printed withdrawal form). Keep the tracking number until your refund arrives. From outside the EU, declare the parcel as “Returned goods” with your order number, so no import duties are charged. We send you these instructions again by email when you withdraw.
