Each piece is cut and sewn by hand in our Bucharest atelier after you order, in your size or to your own measurements. Nothing is waiting on a shelf.

Making takes about 1–2 weeks for standard sizes. For a made-to-measure piece we confirm the date by email within 48 hours of your order. Delivery time is added after that (see Shipping), and in any case we deliver within 30 days unless the product page says otherwise.

Write to contact@andraandreescu.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until we start cutting the fabric, and we confirm by email. Pieces in standard sizes can still be withdrawn from within 14 days of delivery.

No. You order as a guest; there are no customer accounts.

By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal when you order. In Romania you can also pay cash on delivery to the FAN Courier driver.

Within Romania with FAN Courier, and abroad with DHL Express: the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Türkiye, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. We ship only to the places listed here. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes, if any, are paid to DHL on delivery.

Nothing. Delivery is included in every price.

When your piece leaves the atelier you receive an email with the tracking number.

Inside the European Union, no. Outside the EU, your country may charge import duties and taxes; DHL collects them from you on delivery. The delivery option at checkout says so before you pay.

Write to us within 14 days of delivery: we alter the piece free of charge or exchange it. This is in addition to your legal rights. See our Refund policy.

Pieces in standard sizes: yes, within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Use “Withdraw from contract here” on our Withdrawal page, at the bottom of our legal pages and in your order confirmation email. Pieces made to your measurements cannot be returned for a change of mind. See our Refund policy.
