Withdrawal

You can withdraw from the purchase of a piece in a standard size within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name (not the courier), receive it. If one order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last one. You do not need to give a reason. Pieces made to your measurements are sewn for you alone and are excluded.

How to withdraw. Use the button below, or reply to your order confirmation email. Tell us your name, your order number (for example #1001) and the email you used for the order, and that you withdraw from the contract. We confirm by email straight away, with the date and time we received it. Sending it before the 14 days end is enough.

This is for pieces in standard sizes. Pieces made to your measurements cannot be withdrawn from (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(c)).

Sending the piece back. Return it within 14 days of withdrawing. We send you the address, how you can send it and what to put in the parcel. You pay the direct cost of returning it. We refund the price and the original delivery within 14 days of your withdrawal, once the piece is back with us or you send proof that you sent it, to the payment method you used. If you paid cash on delivery, we refund you by bank transfer to the account you give us, with your agreement and at no cost to you.
