How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and entering the Orders section.

How long does a package take to be shipped after an order is placed?

Each garment is handmade to order once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for the making and sending of your item once purchased. This can differ depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from.

 

We accept no responsibility for any delays due to customs clearance procedures at the destination country.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 10:00am-6pm.

Any and all orders and emails sent on the weekend will be shipped/responded to the following business day. 

Shipments are made with FAN Courier (national) and DHL (international).

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our studio in Bucharest, Romania.

Do you ship to my country?

Andra Andreescu ships worldwide.

Standard shipping estimates

Romania with FAN Courier – 5eur  – 1-3 days for delivery once posted.

Europe with DHL  – 25eur – 2-4 days for delivery once posted. 

Rest of the world with DHL –  35eur – 3-7 days for delivery once posted.

Do I have to pay taxes and fees?

AT is applied locally to all destinations in the European Union, United Kingdom and the USA.

 

In many countries, shipments are made as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where all the applicable import and customs fees are included in the final product price.

 

Products are shipped as DDP in the following countries:

All other countries are to be considered DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations: the price of the products does not include taxes and VAT. All import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the sender's country must be borne by the recipient. These fees will need to be paid so as to exempt the order from customs charges.

 

We are unable to estimate how much tax and duty you will need to pay, so please check this before placing an order. The shipping costs are already included in the final order total. In any case, the courier can provide you with a separate invoice with the local taxes to be paid.

 

You may be required to provide identification information by the Customs office of your country on import. US customers may be required to provide an identification number to US Customs. Please contact your local customs office for more details on the import information required by your country of import.

I’ve entered my shipping address wrong – how can I change it?

We would be more than happy to update your address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped we can attempt to redirect your parcel with FAN Courier or DHL but we cannot guarantee it will be possible. Please reach out to us at contact@andraandreescu.com with your correct address so we can further assist!

Thank you so much for supporting Andra Andreescu. We're sorry to hear this one didn't work out for you, we understand sometimes purchases are not always right but as the label sells on a Made-To-Order and Made-To-Measure business model, we cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item/s does not fit.

 

Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.

 

If we’ve made an error or if you’ve mixed up your measurements and your order doesn't fit because you got the numbers wrong, don’t worry, we offer free alterations.

 

In order to avoid needing an alteration, make sure to visit our sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size and please make sure you submit the correct measurements when ordering!

If for whatever reason you are still really unhappy with your purchase, we would happily exchange your item/items.

 

Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s a problem by emailing contact@andraandreescu.com.

 

Items must be returned in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains or odors.

Return postage is at your own cost and further postage costs may be incurred.

Placing an Order

Shopping at our online store is really simple.

Once you've found the piece you want to order, select the size and color and click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button below. You can view the selected items by clicking on the ‘Bag’ at the top of the page. 

You can remove products from your shopping bag if you change your mind. Complete your order by clicking on ‘Checkout’.

Payment Methods

Our payment provider is Stripe, a payment service provided by Stripe Inc. 

We accept credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal Payments. If your choice of payment method is not working at the time of your purchase, Andra Andreescu reserves the right to change the payment method.

Modifying and Canceling Orders

Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or any changes can be made.

If you have already received your order and would like to return or change it, please refer to the Returns section.

You can subscribe to our newsletters by entering your email address in the specific field at the bottom of the homepage and on the main page.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our previously-received newsletters.

Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter via your account, by entering the “Newsletter management” section. Once there, simply select the unsubscribe option.
